All of our attendees are open-minded and excited to make new connections, so you'll feel like part of the family as soon as you arrive. The activities we've planned are designed to help everyone bond quickly, whether through group movement, shared meals, or bonfires. Many of our past participants have come solo and left with lifelong friendships.

Yes, Colombia has become a popular travel destination and is generally safe for tourists. Our retreat is hosted in a sacred valley outside of the city and is extremely safe. We will have on-site hotel staff at all times. In the city we recommend following basic travel safety guidelines and being mindful of your surroundings, just as you would in any other country.

The airport you'll fly into is Medellín's José María Córdova International Airport (MDE). We will provide transportation from Medellín to the retreat location, but you'll need to stay in Medellín the night before. We recommend staying at one of our partner hotels for a seamless experience, though you are welcome to choose your own accommodation in the city. Shuttles directly to the airport will be provided on the day of departure.

Yes! Please contact us for payment plan options. All payments must be made before the retreat starts.

A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot and is due upon booking confirmation. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. All remaining payments must be received in full before the retreat begins. If you are on a payment plan, all remaining fees must be cleared at least one week prior to the start date.

No refunds will be issued for any reason including personal emergencies, travel disruptions, schedule conflicts, illness, or voluntary early departure. Cancellations made 60 or more days before the retreat may receive a credit toward a future event for all payments made minus the $500 deposit.

In the event that Reunion cancels the event, we will make every effort to issue refunds to the extent that we are able to recover costs from venue, artist, and equipment contracts. We cannot guarantee full or partial refunds as many of our vendor agreements are also non-refundable. Any recovered funds will be distributed to guests proportionally.
